Google teams with Hasbro to create Monopoly City Streets
Google is teaming up with Monopoly to create an online version of Monopoly using Google Maps as a board so players can choose from millions of streets around the world to buy. The online version will be the same as the traditional board game but players will be able to build football stadiums and skyscrapers as well as the usual houses and hotels. Monopoly City Streets is a collaboration between Hasbro and Google and will also give players the change to build prisons and rubbish dumps on their rivals’ streets.
